Anti-Bullying Highlight - ReThink

Today's spotlight is shining right on our hometown area! ReThink is an amazing app created by Nequa Valley highschool student Trisha Prabhu that challenges potential cyber bullies to rethink their words before they send a message on the internet.To quote the ReThink website

 "When an adolescent tries to post an offensive message on social media, ReThink uses its sophisticated context sensitive filtering technology to determine whether or not it’s offensive and gives the adolescent a second chance to reconsider their decision. Research shows that when adolescents are alerted to ReThink their decision, they change their minds 93% of the time."
